Maple Holistics Shampoo + Conditioner Review*

There is no better feeling than clean, silky hair in general, but especially after a long day of sweating out on the London Underground! I go to uni with clean hair and what do I come home with? Greasy, knotted hair, that's what! Lately, I've been using the Aussie range, but it hasn't been working for me at all. Not all products work for everybody, unfortunately. I hate the smell that Aussie leaves in my hair once rinsed (kind of like wet dog, believe it or not) and it leaves it looking rather lacklustre. So I was excited to hear from Maple Holistics (click here to learn all about who they are and what they stand for!) when they asked me whether I would like to try some items from their hair care range!

Being ultra fair can often make searching for base products that little bit harder. I've tried loads of concealers over the years, but there's one problem I always encounter, being so pale. My question to the majority of brands out there: if I am already the lightest shade possible, and I want a shade lighter to brighten and illuminate the under eye area, what am I to do?!

New Blog Design // Introducing Serena

Tomorrow, I will have been blogging for six months exactly! I have been tempted to throw in the towel many times along the way, but I'm so glad I didn't! I thought I'd celebrate this minor milestone by treating myself to a new, custom made template, and I couldn't have chosen anyone better to design it for me than the lovely Serena.

Could You Lose Inches With Shrinking Violet?*

Like most of the female population, I have some 'problem areas' which often get me down. For me, these are my stomach and my inner thighs. Both areas are a little flabby! It seems to me like even though we know the answers to all our body problems (a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise), we more than often hunt for a 'quick fix' and are always bitterly disappointed when they inevitably don't deliver results.
